If you struggle to maintain a healthy weight or manage diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or heart disease, join the African American Culinary Heritage cooking and nutrition immersion classes this week on January 14th and next week on January 21st after service in Douglass Hall. The class will last about 75 minutes at each session.
This immersion will include plant-based cooking demonstrations, food tastings, and great health information. This opportunity is brought to you by a partnership between the Lorraine Gillian MD Health Commission and the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.
