In-person worship returns on Easter Sunday! Service on Easter will be held on April 17 at 6 am and 9:30 am at a limited capacity. Registration will be required and COVID policies will be observed. Those without computer access will be assisted.
Registration will open the week before Easter for Easter Sunday worship.
Holy Week
Holy Week is almost upon us! Here is a look ahead.
Palm Sunday is April 10.
Wednesday’s NoonDay and Pastor’s Study will focus on Holy Wednesday.
No Maundy Thursday observance.
Good Friday worship will be virtual at both 12 noon and 7 pm on our Facebook page and YouTube channel.
Plus, the leaders of the Association of Black Seminarians will lead morning meditations during Holy Week.
Metropolitan AME's Church School Easter Program "He is Risen Indeed" be held virtually on Easter Sunday, April 17 at 12:15 pm.
This weekend we look forward to your presence Sunday for morning meditations at 9 am and in worship for the Fourth Sunday of Lent at 9:30 am.
During the week, Morning Meditations with Metropolitan continue at 7 am Monday through Friday, Men's Prayer Call at 7:30 am on Monday, and Noonday and Pastor’s Study at noon and 7 pm continue on Wednesday.
For our study, we are in dialogue with Dr. Judy Fentress-Williams' Holy Imagination: A Literary and Theological Introduction to the Whole Bible. We’re invited to contemplate the scripture and its implications as we engage in the world. You can purchase the book at Bookshop, Target, and Amazon.

In-person Easter Service will be held on April 17 at 6 am and 9:30 am
Registration will be required and COVID policies will be observed.
Those without computer access will be assisted.
Parking at NEA and street parking.
Attendance is limited to 200 people.
For all other Sundays, we will have one worship service at 9:30 am.
Livestreamed worship will continue for those not ready to return.
