Dr. Elsie Scott co-wrote a chapter in the forthcoming book: Why the Police Should be Trained by Black People by Natasha C. Pratt-Harris. It is available for pre-order on Amazon.

The 72nd Washington Annual Conference will be held virtually from Wed. May 4 - May 6, beginning with the WMS Conference on Wed. March 4 and roll call on May 5 beginning at 8 am.

All information about the annual conference can be located at https://www.ame2.com/

The Youth and Family Ministry has been approved to receive a $5000 grant from Duke Divinity School. This is a separate project from the Princeton project that begins next month. We celebrate the great work that Rev. Thomas A. Brackeen Jr. continues to do to minister to our youth and families.

The Lenten Season has come to an end with the Resurrection. Thank you to all who have shared their gifts through the written word. You will still receive several reflections written by members and friends into Eastertide. We hope that you have been blessed!
